FIFTH GRADE
January 22nd
Dear Lord,
We made it through the first half of the school year. We've studied very hard and prepared for all our classes. Help us continue to do our best at school.
As we celebrate Martin Luther King Day, help us treat everyone with kindness and compassion.
Help more people choose vocations in the church either by becoming priests or sisters, or by doing more for their parishes.
Watch over the 7th and 8th graders as they prepare for Confirmation and the 2nd grade as they prepare for First Communion.
There are many people we want to keep in our prayers: Mrs. Laney's family, Mrs. Wagner's friend, Miss Getz's brother, and everyone else who is facing medical problems. Please take care of all our servicemen, both here and overseas. Keep them safe while they protect us. We ask you this in your name Lord, Amen.
