SECOND GRADE February 11th In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen Lent is a time to pray. Oh, Lord, be with us as we pray. Lent is a time of reconciliation. Give us forgiving hearts, dear Jesus. Lent is a time of sacrifice. Dear God, help us to be kind and good to others Lent is a time to prepare for Easter. Make us ready for the resurrection of Jesus. Dear Jesus, during Lest help us turn away from sin and live the Good News. Amen December 2nd The season of Advent is here. During Advent, we get ready for Jesus to come into our hearts at Christmas. We prepare our hearts for Jesus by being loving and caring. Please respond to each petition with, "Prepare our hearts, Jesus." Help us be kind to our family and friends, Prepare our hearts, Jesus.
