Mrs. Weber   September 26, 2007 Dear Jesus, School has started again. It's great to see our friends every day. but not so great to have homework everynight. It's fun to learn new things, but not so fun to study for tests. Please help us, dear Jesus, to do our best this year in all our studies, in the subjects we like and even in the ones we don't. Help us to open our minds wide to all that our teachers teach us. Help us to open our hearts wide to all: our classmates, our teachers, and to everyone we meet at school. May this be a great year for all of us. Amen   November 19, 2007 Dear Lord, We thank You for this day. We are blessed because You are a forgiving and and understanding God. Help us to start each day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let us make the best of each and every day. Forgive us for everything we have done or said that was not pleasing to You. Please keep us safe from all danger and harm. We pray for those who are lost and can't find their way. We pray for those who are hungry, homeless, or ill. We pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. We pray for those who do not believe, and thank You for our believing. We pray for all our "sisters and brothers" in Christ and for each and every family member in their households. We pray for peace, love, and joy in their hearts and in their homes. We pray for St. Ann Parish and School and ask Your continued blessings on us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
